You would need a network debugger to find the domain to block. It's far easier to just use the firewall and block it's internet access. I don't do the challenges or any sort of online play.
Been blocking it for about a month now. So much better. Edit: Decided to check it out. It's as I thought. You'd have to block so many domains.
And you can't wildcard hosts. It's not smart like that.pubmatic.com won't work. It would have to be the full domain, for each version of pubmatic.com you see.
